NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER TO CUSTOMER AND BUYER OF NON-RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DEALERSHIP AND MANUFACTURERS & VENDORS.
This NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER is made to all retail customers and buyers of Auman Pools in South Carolina and the United States.

You are by this NOTICE advised that Auman Pools is an independent dealer and dealership. Auman Pools is completely separate from the vendors and manufacturers of Viking Pools, Tara Liners, Primo grills & smokers, Multicoat, Hayward, and Orenda. Each vendors products is an independent company, and no vendor is an owner, agent (in fact or law), or employee of Auman Pools, the swimming pool company dealer.

Auman Pools, the swimming pool company dealer, hereby DISCLAIMS any liability for an intentional or negligent act by any Auman Pools vendors or vendors products or any damage to any Pool caused by an act of any vendor or vendors products. Auman Pools will not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by any vendor. Auman Pools, as the swimming pool company dealer, offers a separate warranty to all customers and buyers of Viking Pools and various other products & services. That warranty offered by Viking Pools, the manufacturer, is separate and apart from other or additional warranty or guarantee offered by Auman Pools, the swimming pool company dealer.

Any statement in any advertisement, literature, brochure, or website should NOT be interpreted or construed to expressly or impliedly create any relationship between Auman Pools and any vendor or manufacturer contrary to this NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER.
